Christmas with a groove!
St Agnes Fountain consists of Chris Leslie, Chris While, David Hughes and Julie Matthews, whom together blend their own flavour of folk/blues with dry wit to serve up an evening of Christmas Carols in a way few have heard before. Although the tour includes audio production, they rely on venue lighting for the show, which sometimes isn't available. So when the tour bus pulled up in David's home town he turned once again to Reece Productions for some help.
'This isn't the kind of show you can throw a load of moving lights at! Subtlety is the order of the day here, so we put a handful of Source4 jnr zooms in to light the musicians individually, enabling us to focus attention onto who ever was taking the lead musically. All the colour and depth was achieved with 12 colourblock which were used to backlight the 'stained glass' windows upstage, and provided a bit of colour onto the instruments and downstage area. Everything was run from an Avolites Pearl 2000.'
