2011 at Charter Hall
The first 6 months at Charter Hall have been a busy time, with 22 diverse events requiring technical assistance, including Lighting, Video, Audio and House Technician.
Ranging from sporting events like Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing & Snooker, and entertainment such as the annual Colchester Primary School’s music evening, a Wedding Fair & a number of tribute acts including Abba & Queen.
Our Charter Hall diary is already very full right through to March 2012.

UK based manufacturer TV ONE have been a favorite of RP for some years now, and RP have extened their hire range with the new C2-3300 eight input analogue switcher/scaler unit,
plus the CC-300 CORIO Console for control.

HART WILCOX PRODUCTION have kept RP busy during the first half of 2011, with a roadshow, plus various other European events, ending up with the whole team in Monte Carlo...
The year kicked off with James in Portugal, then on to Istanbul, Dubai, Berlin, Dubrovnik, Milan, Halmsted, Manchester and Antwerp. The final event a conference for over 900 people, in Monte Carlo,
got the whole team out of the office to the Grimaldi Forum - sadly arriving the day after the Monaco GP!

Modular, dude!
In partnership with the great guys at BCS Manufacturing, RP has designed and implemented a modular flightcase system for it hire systems.
The system allows multiple items to securly fit into a single 'road-trunk', including rack-mounted equipment. "The benefits are two-fold" says Chris Wisbey, "We only need to stock one type of road-trunk, making loading vehicles easier to plan, plus
we don't have item-specific cases sitting in the warehouse when they could be utilised for other stock".

RP has added 40" and 50" HD LCD Screens to it's hire-fleet. With a range of mounting options, including short truss support stands which can have an LED uplighter making a
striking effect. The screens accept a range of input sources, and can be supplied with portable media drives to create a stand-alone picture display - ideal as digital signage & table plans!
